We have been informed late this morning that Judge Marks has authorized payment of the 2% contractual raises, retroactive to April 1, 2020, and has directed OSC to align the Judiciary with the Executive Branch as far as the timing of the payment. There is no date certain as of yet as the Governor has yet to sign off on the budget in which he has 10 days to do so. As soon as we know the date on which we can expect to see the increase reflected in our paychecks as well as the retroactive monies covering April 1, 2020 through the date the 2% is made effective, we will let you know.
