Dear Malverne Feeding Our Heroes,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the organizers of "Malverne Feeding Our Heroes." The men and women of the Nassau County Courts do not think of themselves as heroes. They are just people who do their jobs each and every day, so it is nice to be appreciated and thought of as "heroes".
It is with a very humbled heart that I thank Bridget Jelovcic and Lori Hunt-Lang, the organizers of this wonderful group, and of course, Tim Sullivan (best pizza delivery guy ever). In addition, none of this would have been possible if CO Rene Costello had not reached out to this organization. Thanks to all of you for making this memorable day happen. It was extremely nice to be thought of and appreciated.
